Following their July 2019 merger, hotschedules com login and Fourth, two of the leading technology providers to the restaurant and hospitality industries, today announced the go-to-market brand in the United States as HotSchedules, Now Powered by Fourth. This rebrand is made to signal the company’s aim to combine all product choices on the Fourth Platform and to transition the holding company name to Fourth Enterprises, LLC from HotSchedules’ previous parent company name, Red Book Connect, LLC. The rebrand is introduced along with the kickoff of the annual consumer conference, Spark, where executives will show the company’s renewed 2020 vision and product plan.
At Spark 2019, HotSchedules, Now Powered by 4th, will unveil its recently single technologies package. The brand new system brings together inventory management and labor force administration solutions, in conjunction with the industry’s most total data and analytics suite, giving operators the workable insights needed to control expenses, scale earnings, improve employee proposal, and sustain compliance. The system enables frontrunners to create wiser, faster company choices over the critical parts of labor force administration and food and beverage management. This single technologies solution package solutions the needs of HR supervisors and operations professionals as well, providing an end-to-finish, best-in-class set of solutions for every process.
“We are delighted to get in the next chapter in our company’s evolution, creating one unified technology suite that can make life and work easier for folks within the restaurant and hospitality industries,” said Ben Hood, CEO of hotschedules com login, Now Powered by Fourth. “In a niche that has been incredibly fragmented recently, both in terms of technology and franchises, our mission is always to bring simplicity and efficiency back to the restaurant and hospitality leaders as they run their day-to-day business inside an increasingly competitive marketplace. Our company is thrilled to deliver the benefit and efficiency that the platform provides.”
Both HotSchedules and Fourth were founded in 1999 and started off with similar visions. Despite being in different countries, both companies’ founders had worked in restaurants and retail and understood how cumbersome and inefficient it was to yanxyl day-to-day operations. This brand launch reaffirms the founders’ goal to mitigate challenges and offer clarity, flexibility, and efficiency for everyone employed in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
